We are looking for a machine operator. This is the most important role in our company. The main task is responsibility for the roll-forming lines. You ensure that the production of metal profiles runs smoothly and accurately.
Your responsibilities
- You operate the complete roll-forming line
- You adjust and program the machine for each order
- You consistently check the quality of the produced profiles
Your profile
- You have a technical degree or experience in a technical job
- You work accurately and have an eye for detail
- You are motivated and eager to learn
- Experience in the metal industry is a plus
- You have a forklift operator certificate or are willing to obtain one
- You understand Dutch and can speak it reasonably well. You are willing to improve your language skills
We are looking for a Production Manager. This is a new position in our company. The main task is to monitor, control, and improve the production process.
Your responsibilities
- You are the point of contact for your colleagues
- Together with your colleagues, you check the accuracy of the profiles produced according to customer requirements
- You improve production processes with a focus on quality and employee well-being
- You coordinate audits and keep documentation up to date
- You check the shipments before they leave the factory
Your profile
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- You have good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D
- You are passionate about technology and precise in calculations and follow-up
- You take initiative and responsibility
- You work in a structured way and are strong in project follow-up
- You communicate clearly and openly. Knowledge of English and French is a plus
