Decoutere Profielen always uses high-quality, CE-certified steel according to the EN-10025 and EN-10143 standards. We use high-quality materials, which we carefully select from our world-leading suppliers, to produce our steel profiles. Decoutere Profielen produces semi-finished products in the following grades: dx51 S220, S250, S280, S350, S390 and S420 or in H360, H380, H420 and H460. For Magnelis® this includes ZM120 through ZM430. When ordering your steel profiles, you must indicate the desired steel type and grade.

Cold rolled profiles
At Decoutere Profielen, we produce our steel profiles by cold rolling them. The main advantage of this technique is that the deformability decreases, and the yield strength increases, resulting in extremely robust, but thin and light steel profiles. An additional advantage of cold rolling is that the entire production of the profile takes place on a production line. This enables us to produce large quantities quickly and in a cost-efficient way.
